Tom and Helen’s Story: They Finally Made the Big Jump!

But for Tom and Helen, their New Year’s Resolution was one they couldn’t forget.

For the past few years, they had been on the fence about buying their first home - constantly thinking about it, researching about it, and talking about it, but never actually doing anything about it.

But this January 1st, they had decided. 2021 was their year. They would finally make the big jump and buy their first home.

As first time homebuyers, it was only natural that they had many questions and mixed feelings of excitement and apprehension. But we’re so thankful that they trusted us to guide them in the right direction.

We began by breaking down each step of the home-buying process, and going over exactly what they were looking for in a home. They shared their dream of living in a family-friendly neighborhood where their two young daughters could safely walk to school and play at nearby parks.

So when one of our long-time clients decided to sell their home in the Village Oaks community, we immediately thought of Tom, Helen, and their family. We were able to get them the first private showing - and they absolutely fell in love. Not only with the home itself, but the neighborhood as well.

And one month later, we handed them the keys to their first home.
