The Andersons, The Nguyens, And Their Happily-Ever-Afters

The phone call came just around noon.

Jim (our long-time client) sounded exceptionally excited that day.

“Finally!” he told us. “Our house in Mexico is all good to go, and we’re ready to list this house.”

After months of delay brought about by the pandemic, the construction on the Anderson’s new home was finally complete, and they were ready to enjoy their retirement on the quiet shores of Mexico.

Soaking up the sun with hikes and kayaking adventures, then finishing the day off with a delicious meal of the freshest seafood Mexico has to offer – that was the future Jim and Anna dreamed of.

On the other side of Chino Hills, the close-knit Nguyen family gathered in the small living room of their rental with a different picture in mind. Their dreams spoke of summer night jam sessions around the backyard bonfire, football weekend barbecues, and bustling holiday dinners. But more importantly, a place to call home – for their children, and grandchildren… and one day, their great-grandchildren.

So when they saw Jim and Anna’s beautiful property online, they knew without a doubt that they had found the answer to their prayers. And once they saw it in person, they fell in love with the house all over again.

Knowing they found the one, they didn’t hesitate to submit an offer that the sellers couldn’t resist. Within 2 hours of the house hitting the market, the papers were signed, and Jim and Anna couldn’t have been more thrilled that their beloved home was going to a well-deserving family.

About this time today, Jim and his wife are probably enjoying fresh fish tacos at their favorite seafood spot, just off the water’s edge. And when we spoke to the Nguyens just last week, they had been in the midst of grabbing the marshmallows to roast around the fire pit – just as they had envisioned.
