For Connor and Jess, home meant family. Having planned on retiring in a few years, they wanted a place that the whole family could enjoy for many years to come.
When we told them about a new construction community that not only boasted of stunning single family homes, but also resort-style amenities, they knew they had to go check it out for themselves.
Earlier this year, we went to tour the model homes. They fell in love with Plan #2 - a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence with almost 1,600 square feet of comfortable living space. As a bonus, they were just steps away from the association pools, sports courts, parks, hiking trails, and two amazing recreation centers.
They could already picture the football nights in the living room, nacho bowls in hand, cheering on their favorite team. They could imagine the summer afternoons by the community pool, grilling hot dogs and hamburgers.
That day, we signed them up to secure a lot as soon as it became available. Soon, the construction was officially underway. They picked out their designs and finishes - like the European quartz countertops, whole-house Smart Home automation, new stainless steel appliances, etc.
Despite a few delays with the building process, Connor and Jess couldn’t have been more excited to see their completed house. A few weeks ago, after months of anticipation, they received the keys to their brand new house.
And they were finally home.
For Connor, that meant celebrating football nights with the boys.For Jess, that meant making chocolate chip cookies with her granddaughter.And for both of them, that meant making unforgettable memories with their family.
